San Ignacio Villas
San Ignacio Villas are located in Green Valley Arizona overlooking the San Ignacio Golf Club and the Santa Rita Mountains. The Home Owners Association maintains common property and the private pool and hot tub spa for San Ignacio Villas home owners. Our 44 unit, 55 plus, community is governed by Rules and Regulations, Covenants, By-laws and Resolutions. Treasurer Reports will be provided to any Homeowner/member that requests one from the current San Ignacio Villas Treasurer.

2024 ASSOCIATION DUES are due January 1, 2025. Any payment 30 days or more late will incur a 10% late fee per annum on outstanding balance. (Annual Dues payment coupon - click to download). Homeowners have the option to pay in full or pay 2 equal installments of $900 due Jan 1, 2025 and June 1, 2025
